To design and refurbish ex-panel beater facility to accommodate the requirements of Signclass Pty Ltd. The project included complete facade upgrade, new toilets, new offices, new warehouse layout with acoustic room for CNC machine and printing facilities. Complete project including building management system, alarm systems, data, telephones, communications, all new hydraulics, all new electrical, warehouse lighting and mechanical services.
