Project Details

Site was originally a nursing home wing of the Western Hospital.  This was a design and construct project to transform the core building into a two-wing day centre and include therapy consulting rooms.  Part of the separation from the hospital was to provide all new services to this building.  Major re-design of the existing structure to achieve maximum usage for it's new clients purposes.  Attention to detail and the usage of materials to provide a warm, homely environment.  A twenty-five space carpark was built to accommodate client usage.

Building management system was installed to incorporate energy efficiency requirements, mechanical control, door control, security and lighting control.
