Project Details
Installation of Qantas Next Generation Check-In including passenger boarding pass kiosk and bag-drop system. Complete installation with logistical requirements to accommodate ongoing passenger terminal usage in the manual system while fitout and installation of the new system was being installed. Complexity of this project involved site familiarisation, airport operations, landlord requirements, high level IT installation with RFIT (Radio Frequency Identification Tag) and managing all stakeholders to achieve type program and delivery date.
This project was completed in collaboration with Qantas and Mott McDonald.
