First Degree

Project Details

To design and build up-market showroom, offices and technical support areas for First Degree Pty Ltd.  Brief was to use ex-bank building and have working display throughout the tenancy for a show case of mechanical design, usage and installation.  Building management system was installed to incorporate security, proximity, mechanical control and energy efficiency requirements with CCTV capability.  Fitout design was based on twenty-year life cycle to achieve 'always fresh' approach.
